The chapter concentrates on the final period of shaping K. Engliš in a scientific personality under the influence of A.
Bráf. This period started with temporary stay of K.
Engliš in Munich where he attended the Seminar of L. J.
Brentano. Experiences, which Engliš gained as official in Vienna and Prague, reflect on his first scientific researches.
