Abstract
A study focusing on the importance of Spanish and Spanish-American philosophy of culture, which contemplated cultural diversity earlier and in more radical terms than European philosophy. In particular, it deals with the reflexion of cultural plurality in the works of José Ortega y Gasset and Octavio Paz.
