Abstract
The text focuses on the painting, drawing and printmaking by Marie Galimberti-Provázková, one of the somewhat lesser-known Czech female artists from the first half of the 20th century. It defines her place in the context of modern art in Bohemia and her relationship to the art production by her female contemporaries.
The study shows that she was a distinguished personality who deserves a unique place in modern art in Bohemia.
