Contribution of Education to Readiness of the Officers of the Police of the Czech Republic for Situations of Corruption CHallenge
Abstract
The entry highlights the role of police education in the issues of prevention of and fight against corruption namely by the means of development of readiness of the officers of the Police of the Czech Republic for the situations of corruption challenge. There are three selected didactical materials of police anticorruption education presented in the entry, which show above-standard arrangement and focus and may serve as inspiring examples even for other security forces.
The materials mentioned are game-books Corruption in Stories and two different, yet complementary multimedia educational programmes entitled Stop corruption and How to Deal with Corruption. The entry emphasizes practical orientation of the didactical materials on actual policing.
