Report on the situation facing women scientists in the Central and Eastern European countries. Identifies problems such as a statistical rule that female scientists are employed in the areas where the R/D expenditure is the lowest.
It also brings interesting comparative findings among the post-communist countries. The report puts forward recommendations to ther various stakeholders at European and national level.
