Abstract
The 1898 for the cisleitanischen part of the Habsburg monarchy came into force in Austrian Code of Civil Procedure continues to shape the civil procedural law of the successor states of the Habsburg monarchy. This volume gives an insight into the evolution of the respective civil procedure since 1918 and gives an outlook on future trends.
