Abstract
The article On problematic of crucifix and religious neutrality of state focuses on Lautsi vs. Italy case before the European Court of Human Rights.
It deals mainly with notions of secularism and neutrality of state. Author aims to show how necessary for modern state is the concept of secularism, which couldn't be reduce to simple subjective conviction among others (e.g. religious faith).
