The Image of Hidden Church created in Diploma Works of Communist Secret Police students

Abstract

This paper is reconstructing the ideal-typical image of a member of the Hidden Church that was created in theses of students of the communist Secret Police. This article shows how Secret Police could take a part in constructing stereotypes about the Hidden Church.

In short, the discreditating information that had come from Secret Police were later received as true by the Czech society and Vatican diplomats.
