This ninth part of floristic contributions includes newly published data of critically endangered species and data unpublished so far. Data of taxa newly discovered on the territory of the Czech Republic (Brachypodi- um rupestre, Epipactis futakii, E. leptochila subsp. leptochila, Potamogeton x schreberi and Rubus passa- viensis) and data of alien species found in the Czech Republic for the first time (Digitaria ciliaris, Geranium purpureum and Gratiola neglecta) are summarised.
The species Potentilla psammophila descri- bed from the Czech Republic as new to science in 2009, is also listed below. Furthermore, critically endan- gered species (according to the Black and Red List of Vascular Plants of the Czech Republic) are reported from new sites (e. g.
Chimaphila umbellata, Cimicifuga europaea, Dryopteris cristata, Eleocharis quinqueflora, Epipactis greuteri, E. leptochila subsp. neglecta, E. microphylla, E. pontica, E. tallosii, Equisetum variegatum, Eriophorum gracile, Euphrasia slovaca, Filago lutescens, F. vulgaris, Galium tri- cornutum, Gentianella praecox subsp. bohemica, Geranium divaricatum, Goodyera repens, Hippocrepis comosa, Lathyrus heterophyllus, Malaxis monophyllos, Moneses uniflora, Ophrys apifera, O. holosericea subsp. holubyana, Orobanche picridis, O. purpurea subsp. bohemica, Orchis tridentata, O. ustulata, Pyro- la chlorantha, P. media, Thalictrum simplex subsp. galioides, Thesium dollinerii, Trifolium striatum, Utricularia bremii). Finally, less rare and threatened species are mentioned from areas where they had not been recorded so far.
