Abstract
The study explains the mechanism of nostrification, its functioning and principle of preliminary arrangements among the entrepreneurial subjects. In spite of strong national codes was the nostrification not primarily an act of economic nationalism, but more a natural act of the new born state, which cared for own political and economic consolidation.
