Recognition of Decisions within the European Competetion Network and its Significance in Civil Claimes in Cartel Law

Abstrakt

The study describes activities of European competition network as "a product" of the decentralization of regulation of the competition in the EU. It analyses existing opinions in the legal doctrine and concludes that the decisions of the national competition authorities are so called European transnational acts which cause direct effect in all member-states where they want to be applied.
