The changing era brought to enterprises a flat structure of organization, process management and decentralization. In spite of the fact that we have strong tools for communication in enterprises, in flat organization structures this communication is not always satisfactory.
Although the communication is fast and flexible, we have here problems with information noise, loss of information and knowledge in the whole enterprise. Communication mistakes do not relate to main processes, but to supportive processes, which have high requirements for information and documentation exchange.
The critical factor is a variety of human factor which is difficult for cultivation through organizational culture in information environment and in behavior of its elements as part of the information ecosystem of an organization. One of the possible solutions for the improvement of the information ecosystem of an enterprise is the outsourcing of the documentary, archival and administrative services.
