Abstract
Author's response to article P. Polák "Heretics against their will, or even one so-called unscoring" expresses the opinion "question about the law permitted the same to all (Ferucio Vecchi)" and the need to discuss at any stage of the legal solution to the problem - the issue of sanctions penalized drivers under § 337 paragraph 1 point. a) Criminal Code - and seek solutions to this case in relation to offenses already committed.
