The treatment of an obese patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus with liraglutide, controlled fasting and reducing diet

Abstract

The case report of the obese patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus who was not able to reduce his weight on an out-patient basis is presented. A method of controlled fasting during hospitalization in the diabetology department was chosen in this patient.
