Abstract

Progressive supranuclear paralysis is characterized by Parkinson's syndrome with postural instability, eye moving disorder and cognitive deficiency. Mental symptoms of PSP are apathy, agitation and disinhibition.

The case report brings a case of a woman, who suffered from PSP, with originally atypical manifestation of parkinsonism, postural instability and with later typical paralysis of eye moving muscles by looking up.
