Abstract
Text deals with the problem of the change of democratic institutions and the evolution and influence of non-voted societies. Economic corporations are no longer under democratic control.
The danger of postdemocracy lies in the connection of influence of non-voted groups that dispose of the power to change the rules of democratic order.
