People with complex dependency needs at risk of discrimination across Europe

Abstract

In this paper the outputs of the research project, which aim was to collect, analyze and interpret existing information on risk areas of discrimination against persons with severe and multiple disabilities are presented. The comparative study was conducted in twelve European Union countries.

The research project brings proposals and recommendations for the introduction of non-discrimination policy.
