The Borders and their power to influnece (not only in the Constitution creation)

Abstract

Even after the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic, the Borders (active representatives of the Czech minority living in the areas of Czechoslovak Republic, where Germans and Polish were in majority) were able to quite decently mobilize public opinion.
