Abstract
In this paper we present the outputs of the research project whose aim was to collect, analyze and interpret existing information on risk areas of discrimination against persons with severe and multiple disabilities during their life on the basis of comparative studies conducted in twelve European Union countries. The paper offers recommendations for implementation of non-discrimination policy.
