Abstract
This articel analyzes the activities of the Bohemian Court of Appeal in the between 1672 and 1682. The author seeks to compare normative sources and the ongoing agenda of the Court, in order to provide a more accurate reconstruction of everyday activities of the Court and its long-term development.
