Abstract
Annotated collection of contemporary oral narrativity represents corpus of 136 contemporary legends and rumours, currently circulating in contemporary oral transmission in the Czech Republic, collected from over 60 informants. The narratives are supplemented by commentaries about its local and foreign variants, international parallels and folklorical, sociological and psychological interpretations.
The collection is supplemented by afterword summarizing Czech and intenrational research of contemporary ("modern") folklore, list of informants, bibliography and filmography.
