The Rosenzweig's Picture Frustration Study for adults (Rosenzweig, 1945, 1978) has never had any created norms in terms of Czech population. Since the time of creation its graphical stimulus material became old and nearly unusable.
At this time is the new version PFT (C-W) shown. This version fulfils the pretensions to emotional neutrality of figures in stimulus material and is visually suitable for the 21. century.Validity and reliability of the new version PFT (C-W) was examined on the sample of 30 students in age from 14 to 16 years.
Validity in sense of comparing the original and new version reached the value 0.15 - 0.77 for the categories. The reliability was tested by test-retest correlation and reached the value 0.42 - 0.70 for the categories.
The standardisation was realized on the sample of 100 students in age from 14 to 17 years. The new norms were created for categories, S-E patterns and GCR.
Also the new user's manual, which simplifys the application of this test in standard practice, was created.
