Principles of evaluation teachers professional competence

Abstract

The school as an educational institution is undergoing some changes in many respects and needs to be continuously and adequately reflect their performance. Suggestions for effective teachers can provide evaluation and self-evaluation of their professional activities, their professional skills.

Professional competence of the teacher is made up of several groups of skills (subject-specific, didactic, diagnostic and social), manifests and fulfills the educational network, school and social relationships in the educational and socialization processes are associated with the content of teaching. The paper deals with basic principles and requirements of the evaluation work of the teacher as a feedback mechanism school interactions.

To illustrate methodologically relevant procedure states the intention to gain knowledge about the nature of educational interactions of teachers and pupils.
