DOLPHIN KICKS FOR SWIMMERS VARIOUS PERFORMANCE

Abstract

The paper deals with the realization dolphin kicks waves in terms of swimming level and involvement of selected muscles during a movement cycle. Using video and EMG recording was captured motion cycle and muscle activity at the two swimmers - swimmers racing with a focus on swimming with fins and normal swimmer - student of physical education.

The main differences were observed in various stages of the locomotors cycle. Current swimmer realizes leg opening shot stoop thoracic spine without punching Basin.

At the completion of the frame legs and pelvis into withdrawal normal level swimmer does not proceed smoothly moving back into the pan deflection. In relation to the solution of lower limb movements were observed differences in participation observed in terms of muscle size and muscle activity during the movement cycle time of the lower extremities.
