Abstract
In this text we want to show the concept of education in view of Jaroslava Pešková's thinking of the structure of human being, which not only is in various relations, but also has the relationship to all this relations. The education is nothing like the immediate production of a specialist in given domain by the prefabricated sum of informations, but - with respect to the very structure of human being - the cultivation of relationship to the world.
