Conference paper presenting some of the results of an on-going research on the post-war migrations of Roma to the Czech Lands, on the example of Brno case study. Both archival and oral sources are explored during the project to (re)construct history of the movement of a larger family from Slovakia and their settelment in Moravia, in the context of post-war Brno, yielding so far undisscussed documents and information not only on the nature of the post-war migration but on the history of the Romani ethno-political movement in postwar CR.
