How to learn to swim crawl (Part 2- breathing, armwork, coordination)

Abstract

After mastering swimming legs crawl with maintaining position on the water flowing in different tries, we approach the next steps, the content consists of breathing, movements of upper limbs and overall harmony. In most regards the correct position of the head during inspiration.

Therefore, already during the training exercise we include feet crawl in which the swimmer breathes when turning the head side to support the rotation of the trunk. If swimming legs just shows fundamental flaws, it is recommended to put this type of exercise as soon as possible on both sides.
