Abstract
Health protection and pupils' safety became one of the priorities of transformed school according to the European strategy Together towards Health. The contribution is focused on current issues related to implementation of health promotion into school curriculum on the level of preprimary and primary education.
It also outlines possibilities, how the new requirements and challenges in practice can be reflected in the study program of pre-gradual teacher training.
