Concomitant fibromyalgia is an important factor influencing clinical manifestation of systemic lupus (SLE), it can result in quality of life and disability worsening independently of SLE activity. In monocenter, cross-sectional study 91 patients with SLE were examined and the diagnosis of fibromyalgia was established in 10 (11%) cases. 60% cases of concomitant fibromyalgia were diagnosed newly, which point to underestimation of fibromyalgia problem in patients with SLE.
