Abstract
Bisphosphonates are the most used type of therapy in postmenopausal osteoporosis. Scientific developments in the last years brought many new types; most of them with longer dosing-intervals and compliance to the therapy significantly improved.
We still miss many in formations about the bisphosphonates. How long should be given? What about microfractures and microdamages
