We present a case of multiple dissemination including a rare metastatic cardiac involvement (endocardium, myocardium, pericardium) from the gallbladder carcinoma in a 67-year-old man. The incidence of gallbladder carcinoma is low, however, the malignancy is usually detected in a locally advanced stage.
We can suppose that the metastases of the heart will occur more frequently due to the longer survival of patients with an oncological diagnosis.
