Abstract
Main fields in which the NGOs are significant providers of public services in over thirty five countries around the world, are listed in the final report of the international research Global civil society, done by Johns Hopkins, it is a comparative project in nonprofit sector realized between years 1995 to 2002. In the Czech Republic the situation is described in the report from an international research CIVICUS, which is being realized in sixty countries all around the world since 2004 up to now.
The fields of grant politics defined every year within a state represent that the state is aware of the importance of providing alternative forms of services to the society by NGOs, purport of this article is the exemplar of hospics in CR.
