Abstract
A review of a book of an eminent scholar in the field of competition law. Review underlines very good approach, deep knowledge proficiency and critical dimension of the author who tackles difficult points and new phenomenon in the European regulation of mergers in the EU- law.
The author focuses on the so called "more economic approach" and is very critical on it, as well as some offer concepts of the European Commission and the Czech Office of Protection of Competition. Review is, however, critical on the point, that the author, although very critical does not suggest any better solution.
