First female and new species of Phaenicocleus (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Enicocephalidae) from Sabah and a key to genera of Enicocephalidae without forewing basal cell

Abstrakt

A new species of Enicocephalidae: Enicocephalinae, Phaenicocleus granulosus sp. n. (Insecta: Hemiptera: Heteroptera), based on a female, is described from Sabah and compared with other species of the genus. Autapomorphies of the genus are discussed and compared with related taxa.

Global key to genera of Enicocephalidae with venation sumilar to Phaenicocleusis provided.
