Abstract
Educational material is fully dedicated social assistence and newly social services, which include social benefits and services provided disabled people or citizens in material need. This is a benefits from state social support, asistence in material need, extraordinary benefits for people with disabilities, social services for person at risk of social exclusion, voluntary service, probation and mediation service and social and legal protection of children.
Includes a charter, which deals with individuals groups disabled people, that is disabled persons, visually impaired persons, hearing impaired pensons and mentally impaired persons.
