Identification and denial of parenthood - development of legislation and case law in the 19th and 20 century

Abstract

Chapter focuses on paternity issues in General Civil Code, till now. It describes medical methods used for determination of parentage and also the way, how the development of these methods affected both judicature and legal regulation.
