Catheter ablation of electrical storm in patients with structural heart disease

Abstract

The study evaluated the efficacy of catheter ablation both in acute and long-term suppression of electrical storm. It was effective in acute suppression.

In the long term, it prevents the recurrences in about half of the treated patients.
