Abstract
Dying and death is ethically and communicatively a very difficult topic. Dignified dying is both a nursing issue and especially a morally human one.
Everybody's dignity has to be respected. It is the most used term in all codes of ethics related to health services. Retaining and respecting dignity is the most important thing that can be offered to a dying person, it belongs to piety that is so much absent in the contemporary society.
