Abstract

Laboratory diagnostics of E histolytica infections differ in intestinal and extraintestinal forms. In the intestinal type of infection is used stool sample and in extraintestinal we can test of antibodies presence.

PCR method is used for differentiation between pathogenic and nonpathogenic amoeabae.
