Comparison of gleason score between the samples from biopsy and from radical prostatectomy

Abstract

We did the comparison of Gleason score from prostate carcinoma by biopsy and from the sample after radical prostatectomy, the maximum of agreement was in GS 7(68%) group, the maximal understaging was in GS 2-4(80%) group, the maximal overstaging was in GS 8-10(85%) group.
