Study of apoptosis in malignant diseases: Relation to the cell cycle and differentiation

Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate effects of valproic acid as an histondeacetylases inhibitor in three different leukemia cell lines; alone or in combination therapy with ionizing radiation or differentiating agens.
