Abstract
Portal hypertension is associated with hyperdynamic circulation which is caused by splanchnic vasodilation especially. It leads to systemic circulation and heart overload with the possible clinically significant heart insufficiency and cirrhotic cardiomyopathy.
Authors refer own results of cirrhotic patient hemodynamic circulatory hemodynamic changes. mesurement and report hemodynamic disturbances after transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt.
