Abstract

This study analyzes anti-Jewish stereotypes from the legal equality of Austrian Jews (1867) to the turn of twentieth century, which can be termed the golden age of Czech anti-Semitism. It clarifies the history, hierarchy, factional diversity, or rather the functionality (politicization), of the stereotypes.
