Abstract
SeptiFast is the first commercial kit for detection of 25 the most important pathogens found in blood stream infections. It is based on the amplification of nucleic acid and species identification of G+ and G- bacteria and fungi by melting point analysis on LightCycler 2.0 Instrument.
