Abstract
This paper presents a notion of "thinking skills" and current approaches to teach general thinking skills as a basis for introduction of one of the most known programs for teaching thinking skills-CoRT. Paper presents basic information about its author, Edward de Bono, and then analyses theoretical background, structure and methods of implementation typical for this program.
