Abstract
The clinical prospective study monitoring plasmatic metabolic markers changes (IGF-I, cholesterol, apolipoproteins, insulin) during different nutritional perioperative strategies (parenteral, enteral support and starvation). Intestinal rest is connected with HDL depression, perioperative changes IGF-1 level are not significant.
