Abstract

The confrontation between Descartes conception of space as a mere spaciality of bodies and a much more complex Heideggerian motif of the spaciality of human existence and the spacial constitution of the relation between man and the world. For instance, the link between spaciality and speech, through which mans inhabitation of the world comes to be constituted, appears as a key topic.
