The study of hydrolysis catalyzed by beta-N-acetylhexosaminidase by means of capillary electrophoresis
Abstrakt
Development and evaluation of a method for determination of substrates and products of beta-N-acetylhexosaminidase is presented. Different approaches to the problem of low detection sensitivity are shown and their results are discussed.
