Abstract
The aim of this study is a restrospective comparison of the effectiveness of administration of intraluminal brachytherapy inserted via diahepatal drain versus percutaneous biliary drain versus transduodenal drain in the palliative treatment of carcinomas of the subhepatic region in 54 patients, irradiated at our department between February 1997 and April 2004.
