Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity of the Human Being with regard to the application of biology and medicine and its application in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The author analyzes the Convention for the protection of human rights and dignity of human beings in terms of the Act on health care No.20/1966 Coll. and the Convention on medicine, which became part of the Czech legal system from October 1, 2001.
